Baobab Energy Snack Bites

Holiday travels, shopping trips, parties. It’s a lot and it’s A LOT…

Keep these tasty bit-sized bundles of goodness close by to ward off the “Hangry” as you move through this holiday season.




– 4 dates

– 1/2 cup raw cashews

– a pinch of sea salt

– 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

– 2 tablespoons of Bumbleroot organic Baobab powder

– 2 tablespoons of flax seeds

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


– Soak dates for 30 minutes.

– Grind cashews in a food processor.

– Add dates and other ingredients to food processor and pulse.

– Make small balls.
